It always helps you when you plan ahead -- and we have a way of rewarding you for this! So new for 2011, if we receive your completed LTC Application a minimum of three (3) months ahead of when your cats actually arrive, we'll give you $25.00 OFF your first month's boarding payment! And remember, there is NO obligation on your part in simply submitting an application. So if you even think you may need us for your cats, go ahead and complete the application and send it in. Then if you do need us you may save $25.00!

The majority of our feline guests stay more than just a few months, and most come from out of town, out of state or out of the country. We have extensive experience in getting cats here and back home again, no matter where "home" is! So new for 2011, we offer a special extended stay travel allowance credit to make it that much easier for you, too. If your cats stay with us for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months you earn a Travel Allowance Credit of $125.00; or if your cats stay with us for a minimum of twelve (12) consecutive months you earn a Travel Allowance Credit of $300.00; or if your cats stay with us for a minimum of eighteen (18) consecutive months you earn a Travel Allowance Credit of $425.00. This credit may be applied either to your last month boarding payment or towards any travel transportation expenses incurred by This Old Cat for your cats' return trip home. This is a credit only, no cash refund. The Travel Allowance Credit may not be combined, only one TAC per family of cats per stay/per room.

Our clients consistently rate us "Outstanding, Exceeded Expectations" with an average client satisfaction rating of 9.98 on a scale of 1 to 10! And we know our best advertising are all our happy clients. So new for 2011, if your cats have stayed with us and you have completed our Client Satisfaction Survey, for anyone that you refer to us that ends up placing their cat or cats into our long-term care for a minimum of three (3) months we will mail you a check for $25.00 AND they will get $25.00 off their first month's boarding! It's important that they put YOUR FULL NAME on their LTC Application at the time they fill out the form, as this is the only valid way to participate in our "Refer a Friend" promotion.
