The town of Honeoye is the perfect place for The Sunshine Home! Out here in the country our feline residents relax and enjoy fresh country air, cool and quiet summer nights and a virtually noise-free and stress-free environment! At The Sunshine Home the cats have great views of birds, squirrels and deer -- we call it the "Live 24-Hour Cable TV Show for Cats!" Enjoying the views of the wildlife and nature keeps your cat's mind stimulated and sharp!
Even though we are located in the country we still have great access from virtually anywhere in the world! The Greater Rochester International Airport is just 40 minutes away. With I-90 to the north of us and I-86 to the south getting here by car is quick and easy, too. And for our guests coming in from other countries, the three Greater New York City airports (JFK, Newark and LaGuardia) are just six hours from our front door!

And of course, whether your cat is coming from across town or the other side of the world, we can arrange all of the transportation! It's yet just one MORE way we offer you peace of mind!

During the spring (pictured at right), the rolling hills and countryside are filled with a rainbow of colors from the native flowering trees. The summer brings a lush blanket of green over the area. The colors of the changing leaves in the fall rivals any view anywhere else in the country, and into December the hills and valleys become a true winter wonderland! |
